What's going on at Encore

Find the right stage for your young artist.

Six ways to grow — from a first playful class to a full mainstage role. Every one is taught by working theater professionals.

Built by Southern Utah, for Southern Utah's Young Artists.

"My daughter walked in barely able to look an adult in the eye. Two seasons later she's leading warm-ups. Encore didn't just teach her to perform — it taught her she matters."

Theater for Everyone

Performances that welcome all

We believe live theater should be open to every audience — so we build experiences that make sure of it.

Performing at the historic Electric Theater

Since 2021, Encore has called one of southern Utah's most storied venues home — a downtown St. George landmark built in 1911.

A century-old stage, still telling stories

Built in 1911 with three-foot-thick adobe walls, the Electric Theater was the first motion picture theater in southern Utah — and the first air-conditioned building in St. George. After a full restoration completed in 2015, the city reopened it as the anchor of downtown's arts district. We've been honored to call it home ever since.
