Randy Sly directs. The rest of the creative team will be announced soon.

Randy is Encore’s Director of Education. He teaches our Audition Workshop, where Young Artists learn to walk into a room with a monologue and a song they trust, and he brings that same focus to directing: clear expectations, real preparation, and room for young performers to find the choice that is theirs.
Rehearsals & performances
Cast members commit to the rehearsal schedule and the full run of shows.
You can audition for both, but you can only be cast in one
Peter Pan Jr. and A Christmas Carol rehearse over the same weeks. Both run October 5 to November 21, Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturdays. There is no version of the schedule where a Young Artist can do both.
You are welcome to audition for both and see where you are cast. Just know that if you are offered a place in each, you will need to choose. If you already know which you would pick, tell us at your audition and it helps us cast well.
