It was such a pleasure to watch your children audition for the first ever Encore Performing Arts Show Choir! Everyone did such a great job! It is scary sometimes to do hard and new things. We are so proud of all of them.

To be on this Show Choir team you MUST attend and actively participate. We understand and will be as flexible as possible if you are involved in other activities. When signing up for other activities, please list all Show Choir dates on your conflict sheet.

If you miss a rehearsal date it might jeopardize your place in a particular number.

Please note there will be a $25 costume fee*. (Covers two Shows) October 8th and December 16th

The Junior Show Choir will meet on Mondays from 4:00 - 6:00 pm

at the Electric Theatre 68 E Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770

The Senior Show Choir will meet on Thursdays from 4:00 - 6:00 pm

at the Electric Theatre 68 E Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770

Our mandatory PARENT ONLY meeting will be on Aug 14th at 4:00 pm at the Saint George Academy 380 E 3090 S, Washington, UT 84780. This is the same location where auditions were held. During the meeting you will have a chance to meet all of our mentors. We will discuss the upcoming fall and spring schedule. We will also have paperwork for you all to sign as well.

PARENT COMMITTEE
We will need to establish a Show Choir Parent Committee.  We are looking for someone interested in being the Chair of this committee.  This committee will help with parent communication, travel details, chaperoning, etc. Please email hello@encorepa.org if you are interested in either the chair position or committee member. 

COMMUNICATION

We will be using Slack for all communications moving forward, it’s simple to use and we will provide a presentation at the parent meeting.
