Mandatory Parent meeting

Monday, July 17th from  6:30 - 7:15 pm. This is the first day of rehearsal. All cast members are to attend as well.  It is important that a parent or guardian attend this first meeting to ensure all the paperwork is complete and the fees have been paid. We will provide you with important information and you will meet the production team. Cast members will then stay for rehearsal from 7:15-9:30pm to conduct a read through of the script and the Director will add insight to the story and the show. This will take place at Electric Theater (68 E Tabernacle)

Rehearsals: July 17-Sept 7  Monday-Thursday 6:30- 9:30 pm  (Note Saturday Sept 9th  9:00 - 4:00 pm for tech)

Rehearsal Location:- We will be at a couple different locations: The Electric Theater and the St.  George Academy. Please check the rehearsal schedule on BAND for the exact location of rehearsal that day.  Not everyone will be called everyday. Watch the calendar on BAND for rehearsal schedule. We recommend you look at the calendar after 3 pm each day to make sure you see the latest rehearsal information--just in case anything changes overnight

Be prepared: We ask you to send your child to all rehearsals with the following materials:  script, two or more sharpened pencils and erasers, highlighter, water/beverage bottle (stay hydrated) and a snack (if needed, you know your child best if they need something to eat during a 3-4 hour rehearsal).  Please wear comfortable clothing and wear/bring the appropriate footwear as we will often do music, choreo and blocking on the same night.  They might also bring homework, a book, video game or headphones so they can stay busy during rehearsal downtime.

We have 50 kids cast in this show. We are so excited to be working with each and every one of them. We could use some help. If you have any time during the tech week/show hours to come and volunteer we would love to have your help.
