Aspire Parent Liaison information
“It takes a village!” At Aspire Performing Company, we believe that strong communication and collaboration with parents are essential to the success of our young performers. We are looking for parents who would be interested and willing to play the role of parent liaison volunteer for their performer’s group.
What is a Parent Liaison?
Point of contact for other parents in the group for questions
Work directly with stage manager to provide information to parents, specifically on band
Duties
Attend rehearsals when necessary/invited to help stage manager and director
Make announcements on band
Help coordinate parent volunteers
Communicate with production staff and may be invited to meetings
Pass on needed information to parents
Perform tasks as needed by production staff
