Oct 17th Villains Showcase: 

We are so excited for our Villain’s show on October 17th! Since we only have 8 rehearsals to put up the show, we need to get started right away. If your kids would like to audition for a solo, they will need to send in a video audition via email to hello@encorepa.org.

 Below is a list of songs they can choose from to learn and audition for. You can find all of the tracks in the google drive posted below (please audition with the karaoke version). They can audition for as many songs as they would like. Please get those video’s in no later than Saturday, August 20th.

Payment

You will be sent an invoice to pay for Aspire. It will be for the full amount of $335. If you need special consideration; i.e. scholarship application*, monthly payment options, or a multiclass/multi-child discount please contact us at 435-414-0049. 

To be on this Show Choir team you MUST attend and actively participate.  We understand and will be as flexible as possible if you are involved in other activities. When signing up for other activities, please list all Show Choir dates on your conflict sheet.  

We need specific dates for the conflicts you might have already given us. As soon as you know exactly when you are not available please let us know. 

Binder: Please Bring a  3 ring binder to the first day of class.

Costumes:

Encore provides:

Accessories and Costumes for each show 

Two Encore/Aspire T-shirts: 1 black rehearsal shirt 1 Colored Team shirt

You will need the following costume pieces for all shows: 

Girls: Black tank leotard, black leggings (not see through), black jazz shoes, black socks, Show Choir t-shirt and nude tights. 

Boys: Black pants, Black T-shirt crew neck, black jazz shoes, black socks, Show Choir t-shirt 

Elevate Girls: Black tank leotard, nude tank leotard, black leggings (not see through), black jazz shoes, tan character shoes, black socks, Show Choir t-shirt and nude tights. 

Our mandatory PARENT ONLY meeting will be on Aug 20 at 1pm at the Electric Theater 68 E Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770.  During the meeting you will have a chance to meet all of our mentors. We will discuss the upcoming fall and spring schedule. We will also have paperwork for you all to sign as well. Elevate Parent Meeting: August 20th following the general parent meeting. A parent meeting for the ELEVATE group will be immediately following the general Aspire parent meeting. We will need the Elevate parents to be at the general parent meeting as well. 

PARENT COMMITTEE - We will need to establish a Show Choir Parent Committee.  We are looking for someone interested in being the Chair of this committee.  This committee will help with parent communication, travel details, chaperoning, etc. Please click on the link to sign up to be on the committee.
